Al Pfister has been involved in the appraisal of real estate since 1991, and has been involved in brokerage since 1985. During this period of time, Al has apprised millions of dollars’ worth of real estate, covering multiple areas of real estate markets including retail, office, warehouse, manufacturing, restaurants, convenience stores, religious facilities, golf courses, development land and a variety of agricultural uses. Al has appraised real estate in virtually every county in northern Indiana.
