It all started when

Al Pfister was working for a commercial real estate company in the late 1980’s when he received a call from a client to value a portfolio of gas stations in Eastern Indiana.  This was the first “appraisal” assignment which opened the door to the world of valuation and consulting.  When state licensing was introduced in 1991, Al took the appraisal courses and tests to be come an Indiana Certified General Appraiser and started working for a handful of local lenders in the Fort Wayne area.  The business continued to grow and in 2003, Rich and Vince (Al’s two oldest sons) received their appraisal trainee licenses and joined the business.  The business has grown to include five licensed appraisers along with supporting office staff servicing northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio.
