Northeast Indiana has the highest concentration of manufacturing jobs in the country with 26% of the workforce employed in manufacturing.  We have appraised both light and heavy manufacturing facilities along with warehouse, bulk distribution, truck terminals, and flex space. 

Convenience Stores

Al Pfister got his start appraising convenience stores.  These properties are a unique asset class and require a specialized analysis encompassing both real estate, equipment, and business value.  From single store valuations to multi-store portfolios, we have the capability to meet your needs.

Office / Retail

Our experience in the office and retail sector is diverse ranging from small-town storefronts to urban community shopping centers.   General and medical offices, investment grade retail and office assets, self-storage complexes, restaurants, and mixed use developments comprise a sampling of appraisals completed.

Multi-Family

Four-plexes to mobile home parks to 300 unit apartment complexes encompass the breadth of our experience in the multi-family market.

Lodging / Recreation

We have appraised multiple campgrounds in the northeast Indiana region ranging from a small lake-side retreat to a multi-million dollar seasonal campground with over 500 campsites.  We also have experience in the smaller independent motel segment throughout the region.

Agricultural

We live, work, and play in the "corn belt" and agricultural properties encompass the majority of land uses in northeast Indiana.  From 40 acre plots of row-crops to 4,000 head "quad" hog buildings, our experience ranges the gamut.  Recent assignments have included hog barns, poultry houses, and grain elevators.

Special Purpose

Airport hangars, museums, churches, receptions halls,  and equestrian facilities offer a glimpse at the types of unique and special use properties that we have appraised over the years.

 

Appraisal Coverage Map

 

Our primary appraisal coverage area is the northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio region encompassing the Fort Wayne MSA.  We will travel outside of this area for specific assignments and have obtained temporary licenses for assignments in Michigan and Missouri.
