Al Pfister, Indiana and Ohio Certified General Appraiser, has been involved in the appraisal of real estate since 1991 and has been involved in brokerage since 1985.  Al has valued commercial and agricultural properties all over the State of Indiana as well as Ohio and Michigan.  In 2010 Al began performing eminent domain valuations and has headed up several projects across Indiana.  He enjoys meeting the various landowners and gathering the necessary information to complete the valuation in a timely manner.  Outside of appraising, Al enjoys spending time with his wife, Becky, and their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Rich Pfister

Rich was licensed in 2007 by the State of Indiana as a Certified General Appraiser and in 2015 by the State of Ohio. After years of appraising commercial and agricultural properties, in 2022 Rich began assisting in various eminent domain valuation projects. These projects have included roadway widening, bridge replacements, and easements as well as assisting clients in developing multiple values based on their specific needs. Rich has utilized waiver valuations, value findings, short forms, and long forms for both partial and total fee simple acquisitions with additional rights also valued. Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and their children which includes foster grandchildren.

Vince Pfister

Vince was licensed in 2007 by the State of Indiana as a Certified General Appraiser.  He was awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2012.  Vince focuses his practice on commercial, industrial, and specialty properties and has extensive experience with gas stations, mobile home parks, apartments, and industrial properties. Vince has assisted in multiple eminent domain projects dating back to 2010.  He currently leads the company, managing four additional appraisers and focusing on the overall service of the company in order to provide trusted valuation services. Vince enjoys spending time with his wife, Brandy, and their five children.
