Complete Appraisal Services was established in November of 2003 with its home office in Bluffton, Indiana.  Al Pfister had been appraising commercial real estate since 1991 for AAA Realty Services in New Haven.  In 2002, Al bought the appraisal division from AAA Realty and became an independent company.  In 2004, Al was joined by two of his sons, Rich and Vince, and the name of the company was changed to Complete Appraisal Services (CAS).  All three appraisers hold the Indiana Certified General Appraiser license.  Vince Pfister received the MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) designation in 2012.

CAS has served over 120 clients consisting of local, regional, and national lending institutions along with local investors, real estate firms, attorneys, and government agencies.
